Per the manufacturers manual this marker CAN run on an anti-siphon co2 tank.  However after the cost of a co2 tank, and custom installation of the anti siphon tube, we recommend that customers instead purchase an entry level air tank( aka n2, nitrogen).  Purchasing an entry level air tank ($75 or so) is only about $20 more than the cost of a anti-siphon CO2 tank but the performance gain from the air tank is very noticeable.  Purchasing an air tank for this marker will also lead to less marker maintenance because the risk of liquid Co2 entering the gun has been eliminated.
